The Last Part of the Process

Throughout the entire process of home building, your Majestic Homes representative will keep you up to date on the progress of the manufacturer and the permitting process if applicable. If you’re installing on private land, your Majestic Homes representative will be there throughout the installation process until you receive your certificate of occupancy, the last certificate you need to move in to your home.

If you’re going to be installing your new home in a mobile home park or a planned development intended for manufactured homes, the final process of delivery and installation is not much different from installing on private land but it is often a simpler process overall.

Final Inspection and Walkthrough
