On our website, we have the CU Factory Built Lending Application and Disclosures readily available for you to download. The process is simple, download the forms, fill them out then you can either fax them to us or upload them directly on our website and they will be sent directly to Majestic Homes. Our online delivery system will then send you an email confirming receipt of your application. Once we receive them, a Majestic Homes representative will call you back to confirm receipt and answer and of your questions. Pre-approvals from CU Factory Built Lending are fast!

Some of the clientele we work with do not require financing and pay cash for their new home. In most instances, construction of your new home will be paid in phases/installments and the payment process differs between the four builders we represent. Your Majestic Homes representative will explain the payment process for the manufacturer you choose.
